A Solders Story By Jacqueline Cotton Jacqueline Cotton is a 15 year old sophomore attending South Elgin High School, which is made up of 50 students who want to go into journalism/broadcasting/video editing. They get to work with the latest technology that is used in real studios. Her ambition is to attend Columbia college where she can learn directing, editing and how to become a news anchor. Jacqueline says "The reason that I made this video, was for a project for the academy that I am in and the basic idea of the project was to take someone's point of view on the inauguration of President Obama. I chose the armed forces that are at war and their families. The reason for that was because I thought that their view was forgotten about that day and the song Vegas Skies by The Cab just seemed to tie it all together." Jacqueline Cotton |
